2. Data we collect

We only collect the data that the user voluntarily provides through the newsletter subscription form: name and email address. We do not request financial information, health data or specially protected categories of data.

3. Purpose

The data is used exclusively to send the weekly newsletter on renewable energy, sustainable agriculture and environmental protection in Spain, and to manage the user's communications with the editorial team.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is the user's express consent, granted by ticking the relevant box at the time of registration. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

5. Retention

We keep the data while the user's subscription remains active. Upon unsubscription, the data is deleted within a maximum of 30 calendar days, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.

6. User rights

The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to redaccion@monverelio.com. They may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Data processors

To send the newsletter we use service providers established in the European Union that comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December.
